2010-2011 Highlights

TEAM SETS SCHOOL RECORD with 61 points at the DIVISION I STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS. Trevor Limmer places 4th. Zachary's first D-I state placer since 1987!!

Congratulations to the wrestling team on capturing 6th place at the 42nd annual Greater Baton Rouge City Championships. Helping the team to the 6th best place out of all the Baton Rouge Area Schools were: Jared Daigle 2nd place at 125 lbs, Ryan Coreil 4th at 145 lbs., Trevor Limmer 3rd at 152 lbs., Kevin Williams 4th at 215 lbs, and Nick Maxey 5th at 119 lbs.

Zachary Junior Varsity Team places 2nd at the Greater Baton Junior Varsity City Championships for the second straight year, and third time in the last 4 years. Ty Simpson was 1st at 285 lbs, Andrew Womack 2nd at 140 lbs, and Josh Mullens 3rd at 189 lbs.

CONGRATULATIONS TO TREVOR LIMMER ON WINNING THE LAFAYETTE KEN COLE INVITATIONAL at 152 lbs.!
